Have your barcodes mailed to you! It is REQUIRED that ALL ITEMS BE LABELED with bar code label stickers prior to dropping off your items. Please note barcode mailing DEADLINE listed on the form.
See early barcode pick up dates and location in Consignor Guide. Batches MUST be FINISHED by midnight the night prior to picking up. If you go into the batch to look at anything after you clicked FINISH, it will remove you from our system's print list. Please email monicagarnica@rhealana.com with your full name and consignor ID so we can verify that we printed your labels.
Make an appointment for In-Store Check In. You will place your items on the sales floor after they've been checked. There are TWO in store check in days to choose from. Use the Sign Up Genius form to see the days and their slots.
All consignors who are not donating their items will need an appointment to pick up their unsold items.
Let us know in advance that you will be sending someone else to pick up your unsold consigned items. Note: The person you designate to pick up your items will need to have a photo ID and this pick up option voids your item guarantee.
